About the role

Are you passionate about building HR systems to streamline efficient processes and excited by innovative HR projects? selectability is seeking a dedicated people and culture operations officer to join our dynamic team. As a member of the people and culture team at selectability, you will manage and maintain the HR system PageUp while assisting HR projects to optimise processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • managing and maintaining the HR system PageUp, ensuring streamline and efficient processes
  • collaborating on HR projects, providing insights and support to drive successful outcomes
  • analysing system data and creating insightful reports to inform HR strategies
  • troubleshooting system issues and implementing solutions to enhance user experience
  • managing the ongoing configuration and continuously improving the HRIS (PageUp) to optimise HR processes
  • acting as the first point of contact for PageUp-related queries and providing ongoing training on system usage
  • conducting regular system audits to ensure data safeguarding
  • staying updated with the latest HRIS trends and best practices to propose system enhancements
  • coordinating with service providers for system upgrades and maintenance
  • maintaining system integrations

About you

To be considered for this rewarding role you will have:

  • demonstrated in human resource best practice (highly desirable)
  • demonstrated experience in maintaining human resource systems configurations
  • high level of organisational and administrative skills
  • highly developed analytical, problem-solving skills including the ability to compile, analyse data and prepare reports
  • a demonstrated high level of attention to detail with a consistent approach
  • a demonstrated ability to prioritise conflicting priorities as required
  • a proven ability to think critically and approach challenges with innovation

Role Requirements

  • a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain prior to commencement)
  • a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability or obtain prior to commencement)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module "Quality, Safety & You" completion certificate (or the ability or obtain prior to commencement)

About the offer

The people and culture operations officer is a permanent full-time position based in Townsville.  

We offer a range of benefits including:

  • hourly rate of $37.35- $40.05 + super
