Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of older persons and persons with a disability? selectability is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Regional Manager to lead the delivery of our new services in Aurukun. The Regional Manager is a full time position. The role can be FIFO working a roster of 6 weeks onsite and 2 weeks offsite with meals, accommodation and travel costs covered by selectability, or if living locally, a 5 days on/2 days off roster can be accommodated.
In this key leadership role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality Aged Care and NDIS services. You will be responsible for managing a team of employees and resources efficiently to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered as well as being hands on in the day-to-day operations when needed. You will be responsible and accountable for providing holistic care, meeting care needs and upholding a quality of service aligned with selectability’s Values.
The Regional Manager will be accountable and responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including the Aged Care and NDIS Quality Standards, as well as managing financial viability.
