The Care Governance & Safeguarding Officer leads the uplift of organisation‑wide governance, risk, safeguarding and quality systems, providing strong oversight and assurance that supports safe, high‑quality service delivery across NDIS, Aged Care and Child Safety environments. This role drives a consistent, contemporary approach to compliance by developing robust frameworks, monitoring performance, and championing continuous improvement, ensuring services operate with integrity, transparency and alignment to all regulatory, legislative and ethical standards.
