As we continue our organisational transformation, we are seeking an experienced and values-led General Manager People and Culture to lead our workforce strategy and help shape the culture, capability and leadership required to deliver exceptional care and support outcomes.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager People and Culture provides strategic leadership across workforce planning, organisational culture, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, wellbeing, leadership capability and people governance.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring our people practices support a sustainable workforce and enable the delivery of safe, high-quality care.

The successful candidate will be expected to be based in our Townsville corporate head office and actively engage in the organisation's operations, workforce and culture. While selectability delivers services across regional, rural and remote Queensland, this role is not available as a remote or hybrid position.
