About the role:

  • Shape people strategies that support our goals and build peoples capabilities 

  • Run our programs that build organisational health within your teams 

  • Implement, embed AND own things to build across selectability

About you: 

  • Curious, optimistic and humble

  • Bring some relevant experience but more importantly knows the importance of collaborating to find solutions – and make it happen Dont want default escalators!

  • Identify and make positive things happen

This role offers a strong mix of operational and strategic People experiences, making it ideal for someone looking to accelerate their development and build a successful long-term career in People. 

 Role requirements: 

  • Child Safety & Personal History Screening check 

  • Working with Children Blue Card (or ability to obtain) 

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain) 

  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module: Quality, Safety & You 

  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (highly regarded)
