Are you passionate about fostering community inclusion and making a positive impact on people's lives? selectability is seeking a dedicated program officer to support programs in Doomadgee, Mornington Island, Mount Isa and Palm Island. Reporting to the Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role assisting in developing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives that promote social inclusion and well-being for our clients.
As program officer, you will assist in the design and delivery of a variety of programs, collaborate with clients, families, and community stakeholders, and monitor program performance for continuous improvement.
The Program Officer will collaborate with the Program Coordinator to co-design community-specific resources aimed at reintegrating Indigenous Australians and CALD Youth with psychosocial disabilities into mainstream services.
