As a WHS senior advisor at selectability, this role is instrumental in fostering a proactive safety culture and ensuring the organisation’s compliance with workplace health and safety legislation. The position provides strategic oversight and expert guidance across all facets of WHS, from policy development and risk management to incident investigation and regulatory reporting. By leading a dedicated safety team and collaborating with key stakeholders, the WHS senior advisor drives continuous improvement in safety performance, supports effective injury management, and champions behavioural change initiatives. With a strong focus on governance, training, and operational alignment, the role contributes directly to the safety wellbeing of employees and the achievement of selectability’s organisational objectives.
