About the role

selectability is currently seeking three (3) project officers to join our team, in this role you will play pivotal part in our transition to VisiCase, ensuring a seamless implementation and training of staff on the new system. As a project officer, you will be instrumental in providing expert guidance and delivering comprehensive training to ensure our team is well-equipped to utilise VisiCase effectively. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing our operational efficiency and service delivery.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • collaborate with the VisiCase project manager and internal stakeholders to identify and configure operational requirements within the VisiCase
  • provide expert support in configuring VisiCase workflows, offering advice to ensure alignment with operational needs
  • enter existing data into the VisiCase system with precision
  • consult with internal teams to facilitate seamless integration
  • liaise with external stakeholders, including delivering training sessions for VisiCase superusers
  • educate and train staff on VisiCase workflows, which involves extensive travel across our operational footprint
  • conduct training sessions both in-person and via TEAMS
  • offer continuous support and education on VisiCase usage
  • develop comprehensive user guides for the system, accessible at all organisational levels
  • develop e-learning modules to facilitate system training
  • implement a continuous improvement cycle to identify areas for enhancement, make necessary amendments, and provide re-education
  • review and update current procedures as needed, collaborating with document owners for revisions
  • establish and manage a help desk to address internal employee inquiries regarding VisiCase usage or errors

About you

To be considered for this rewarding role you will have:

  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentation skills
  • highly developed analytical, problem solving, and numerical skills including the ability to compile and analyse data
  • a demonstrated high level of attention to detail with a consistent approach
  • a demonstrated ability to prioritise conflicting priorities as required
  • ability to work under minimal supervision with the capacity to exercise initiative in the application of work processes and procedures and establish objectives and outcomes
  • high level organisational, administrative and project management skills
  • a proven ability to think critically and approach challenges with innovation
  • positive, can-do attitude

Role Requirements

  • demonstrated experience in project management and system implementation
  • demonstrated knowledge of TRACCS and Visicase (highly desirable)
  • occasional out of hours work may be required from time to time
  • regular travel across the selectability footprint will be required  
  • a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain prior to commencing)
  • a current yellow card exemption or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability or obtain prior to commencement)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module "Quality, Safety & You" completion certificate (or the ability or obtain prior to commencement)
  • a current minimum P1 "C" class Queensland drivers licence
  • a roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance 

About the offer

The project officer is a permanent fulltime position based in Townsville.
