About the role

selectability is looking for an experienced administration officer to join our child and family care team. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality services through efficient and comprehensive administrative support.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• providing administrative assistance to the general manager of child and family care
• coordinating travel, accommodation, vehicle, and meeting room bookings
• compiling and preparing data reports
• supporting child and family care projects
• recording minutes for child and family care meetings
• performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and printing

About you

To be successful you must:

• proven experience in administrative roles, demonstrating strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• ability to work under minimal supervision with the capacity to exercise initiative in the application of work processes and procedures and establish objectives and outcomes

You will also need:

• certificate III in Business or Administration (highly desirable)
• demonstrated experience providing support at an executive level (desirable)
• a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You'

About the offer

The administration officer- child and family care is a permanent part-time or full-time position based in Townsville.
