About the role

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for administration? selectability is seeking a dedicated administration officer to join our commercial property team! As an administration officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our commercial property operations. You will complete a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in day-to-day functions.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • providing administrative support for commercial property activities
  • liaising with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders as required
  • reporting maintenance and compliance requirements
  • providing travel and logistic support
  • contributing to operational efficiency and problem-solving
  • coordinating correspondence, reports, and data entry tasks
  • supporting financial processes such as invoicing and payments
  • maintaining property-related records and documentation
  • providing assistance with lease agreements, contracts, and compliance requirements
  • ensuring adherence to organisational policies and industry regulations

About you

To be considered for this rewarding role you will have:

  • previous experience in commercial property administration (highly desirable)
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentation skills
  • highly developed analytical, problem solving, and numerical skills including the ability to compile, analyse data and prepare reports
  • a demonstrated high level of attention to detail with a consistent approach
  • a demonstrated ability to prioritise conflicting priorities as required
  • a demonstrated ability to show empathy and compassion
  • a proven ability to think critically and approach challenges with innovation
  • positive, can-do attitude

Role Requirements

  • out of hours work may be required from time to time
  • travel to selectability sites and external locations may be required
  • a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain)
  • a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module "Quality, Safety & You" completion certificate (or the ability to obtain)
  • a current minimum P1 "C" class Queensland drivers licence

The administration officer- commercial property is a fulltime position based in Townsville.
