selectability is currently recruiting for an experienced Compliance Officer to join team, this is a full-time position based in Mount Isa.
The Compliance Officer plays a pivotal role in selectability by contributing to the establishment of best practice standards for Consumers, Older Persons, and Young Persons. This involves a commitment to promoting adherence to regulatory standards, ensuring that services consistently meet or exceed industry standards.
This position will conduct compliance checks, educate leaders and employees on compliance processes, sharing valuable information with the team regarding evidence and compliance, the officer contributes to a culture of continuous improvement.
Effective and appropriate communication is crucial in this role, both internally and externally, fostering collaboration and understanding. Building strong relationships with various stakeholders is a core element of the position, ensuring a unified approach towards maintaining the highest standards and compliance within the organisation.
