Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of older persons? selectability is currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic regional manager to lead our aged care services located in the lower gulf of remote Queensland at Mornington Island, Doomadgee and Normanton. The Regional Manager Aged Care is a full time FIFO position working a roster of 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off with all meals, accommodation and travel costs covered by selectability.
In this key leadership role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support services, ensuring our older persons receive the best possible care.
As the Regional Manager Aged Care, you will manage a team of employees and manage resources efficiently to ensure the highest quality of life for the older people residing in the residential aged care facility. You will be responsible for providing initialised and holistic care, meeting the older persons needs and upholding quality of services aligned with the organisational standards.
