Digital Technologies: replacing legacy systems (TRACCS) and introducing new technologies (Riskonnect) that are integrated, where possible, to reduce complexity, improve data visibility and analysis, and support effective, risk-informed decision-making.
Workforce enablement: ensuring that every change is designed with our workforce and care delivery teams in mind – making work easier, more intuitive, and impactful.
